I am a photographer specializing in headshots, creative portrait photography, street portraiture, architectural photography, and landscape photography. My work focuses on capturing real, unfiltered moments through a careful study of light, shadow, and human presence within a space.

While I am based in Central Oregon, my work often takes me beyond the region. I regularly photograph in different cities and environments, and I am available for projects and collaborations both locally and while traveling.

My approach to photography begins with observation. I am drawn to the way light interacts with people and environments, often revealing subtle but meaningful details in everyday life. Whether photographing individuals or larger scenes, my goal is to create images that feel natural, grounded, and visually compelling.

When working in street photography, I engage directly with people I encounter, looking for personality and emotion that can be seen through their expression and presence. Some images develop through spontaneous interaction, while others are lightly guided to allow atmosphere and character to emerge. I work slowly and intentionally, focusing on capturing a decisive moment rather than producing large volumes of images.

Before returning to photography, I spent more than twenty five years working in the motion picture industry and film and television productions in Los Angeles and Atlanta. This experience shaped my understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, which continues to influence my photography today.

Today, my work centers on photographing people, architecture, landscape and environments encountered in everyday life, with a focus on moments where light, place, and human presence come together in a meaningful way.
