WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session is tailored to the individual and may be photographed using natural light, studio flash, or a combination of both. For clients seeking a more cinematic look, continuous lighting setups are available for an additional $50 per look. We work with Kelly Clear, a seasoned lighting technician whose background has been working in the film industry for 30 years. CLICK HERE for a link to his IMDB references. A 3-look session typically yields around 250-300 images. 20 edited images will be delivered through an online gallery. Each additional image is $20
Vanessa's background in the film industry has heavily influenced her photographic style, drawing inspiration from years spent working alongside talented cinematographers and creative professionals. Our goal is to create images that feel natural, flattering, and timeless as well as create the strongest image possible in-camera, minimizing the need for excessive retouching while helping you look and feel your best.
Professional post-production editing is included with every session and may include:
- Skin tone correction
- Skin blemish retouching
- Conservative age line correction
- Flyaway hair cleanup
HAIR & MAKEUP
Clients are welcome to arrive camera-ready or book directly with one of our recommended hair and makeup artists. If you choose to do your own hair and makeup, we recommend arriving ready to photograph. Minor touch-ups and adjustments can be made between looks during the session.

For multiple looks, please bring any makeup, hair products, styling tools, or accessories you may need throughout the shoot.
SESSION EXPERIENCE
Sessions are designed to last up to four hours, allowing time for wardrobe changes, lighting adjustments, creative exploration, and settling comfortably into the experience. Most clients spend the first portion of the session becoming comfortable in front of the camera, which is often when the strongest images begin to emerge. After four to five hours, energy naturally starts to fade, so we keep sessions within this timeframe to ensure you look and feel your best throughout the shoot. Editorial sessions may take up to 6 hours if needed.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
All session fees are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly request at least 72 hours notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date within one year of the original booking date.
Emergencies are always handled with care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
STUDIO POLICIES
We do not offer reshoots, revisions, or refunds unless there is a technical issue with the session.
To ensure the best possible experience, we encourage clients to communicate their goals, preferences, and vision before and during the shoot. If at any point something doesn't feel right—including hair, makeup, styling, or direction—please let us know so adjustments can be made during the session.
